Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
(DEI)

DEI is Critical to Broad-based Prosperity®

At the Orlando Economic Partnership, we are focusing our efforts to improve Diversity, Equity and Inclusion inside companies, in our communities and be an ally on issues important to our society.

  • Racism negatively impacts the mental health of African Americans. Racism also impacts our regional economy.
  • Our law enforcement, business community, public sector, as well as nonprofit and religious leaders, are all at the table willing to roll up their sleeves and do the hard work of reforming our policies and taking action with the engagement of those residents most impacted.
  • The corporate community has a moral and ethical responsibility to support our employees and partners even when it is uncomfortable to do so.
