[[fname]],
The demands of leadership have changed.
An amazing generation of leaders have brought our country and our community this far. But traditional leadership methods won't work in the future.
The highest levels of leadership require mastery of a new task: job creation. Good jobs evolve where local innovation meets local entrepreneurship.
As global competition intensifies, we need to nurture a rich and interconnected entrepreneurial ecosystem. We need high-energy workplaces, schools that create entrepreneurs, vibrant cities, healthy communities, and exuberant customers.
Come hear about the exciting challenge ahead and what you, as a business leader, need to consider for future success.
Eddy Moratin is the President of EMI and for over 15 years he has worked with startups, mid-size enterprises and Fortune 500 corporations to successfully develop leaders, strengthen teams, and navigate through change. As a social entrepreneur, he invests in ventures that help leaders to make a difference.
He is Senior Fellow at PathNorth in Washington D.C., helping global leaders broaden their definition of success and serves locally as the Executive Director of Lifework Leadership, a 20-year initiative developing the emerging leaders for Orlando's future.
