Leadership Orlando Staff
Ruth Z. Mustian is President of Leadership Orlando and Director of Communications for the Central Florida Partnership, that guides four lines of business: Regional Entrepreneurship (Orlando, Inc.), Regional Research & Resolves (myregion.org), Regional Public Policy Advocacy (BusinessForce) and Regional Leadership (Leadership Orlando).
For thirty years, she was an essential member of the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce team. Building her Chamber career from Administrative Assistant to Senior Vice President, she played a significant role as Program Director of the Leadership Orlando program for ten pivotal years (1987-1997), garnering national recognition for volunteers and staff. She has also been integrally involved in such cutting-edge programs as WorldClass Schools - a public education reform effort; WorkForce 2020 - an innovative initiative to address the challenges faced by entry-level workers; and myregion.org - a regional development program designed to elevate Central Florida's standing in the global marketplace.
She is a graduate of Leadership Orlando and Leadership Central Florida as well as the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management.
Lisa Winkelbauer's 18 years of service at the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce began in 1997 as the Director of Events & Communications. She currently serves as the Director of Events for the Central Florida Partnership and its four lines of business – Orlando, Inc., BusinessForce, myregion.org and Leadership Orlando – responsible for the coordination of such programs as the annual BakerHostetler Central Florida Partnership Trip to Washington, D.C., the Central Florida Partnership Trip to Tallahassee and the Central Florida Political Leadership Institute. In addition, she coordinates all the logistical details for each monthly Leadership Orlando session, taking our class members across the seven-county Central Florida Region.
Prior to joining the Orlando Chamber, Lisa worked for Walt Disney World Community Relations, Detroit Pistons Community Relations and served as the Director of Special Events for the Kissimmee/Osceola County Chamber of Commerce, working with Leadership Osceola County.
A native of Central Florida, Lisa is a graduate of Leadership Orlando Class 62.
Danielle Permenter joined the Central Florida Partnership in 2013. As Director of Business Development, Danielle is responsible for recruiting for America’s largest community leadership program, Leadership Orlando.
Danielle is also responsible for managing the Orlando, Inc., membership team, as well as the Central Florida Partnership's Young Professional Advisory Council.
Previously, Danielle worked with the Corporate Outreach team at the Florida Chamber of Commerce in Tallahassee. Throughout her time, she managed the Florida Chamber’s Board of Governors, all membership marketing, as well as all internal sales support for the entire staff.
In a volunteer role, Danielle sits on the Governing Body of Athena PowerLink, a non-profit focused on helping women in the second stage of their business.
Raised in Orlando, Florida, Danielle resides in the downtown Orlando area with her husband, Tadd.
