Ruth MustianRuth Z. Mustian is President of Leadership Orlando and Director of Communications for the Central Florida Partnership - America's Newest Regional Partnership - that guides four lines of business: Regional Entrepreneurship (Orlando, Inc.), Regional Research & Resolves (myregion.org), Regional Public Policy Advocacy (BusinessForce) and Regional Leadership (Leadership Orlando).

For thirty years, she was an essential member of the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce team. Building her Chamber career from Administrative Assistant to Senior Vice President, she played a significant role as Program Director of the Leadership Orlando program for ten pivotal years (1987-1997) garnering national recognition for volunteers and staff. She has also been integrally involved in such cutting-edge programs as WorldClass Schools - a public education reform effort; WorkForce 2020 - an innovative initiative to address the challenges faced by entry-level workers; and myregion.org - a regional development program designed to elevate Central Florida's standing in the global marketplace.

She is a graduate of Leadership Orlando and Leadership Central Florida as well as the U. S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management.

Nancy Graham joined the Central Florida Partnership in July 2008 as a part-time Community Liaison Specialist, providing assistance to members, visitors and Board Members of the Partnership and its Lines of Business. Recently, she was elevated to a full time position as Administrative Assistant for Leadership Orlando. Working with the leadership team, she provides the administrative support needed to ensure the best possible experience for program participants and faculty throughout the year. Nancy is a lifelong resident of Orlando, and is married and the proud mother of three sons.

Kathy Panter joined the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce in 1999 as an Account Executive in its membership department.  In July 2003, she assumed the role of Marketing Manager for Community Leadership/Leadership Orlando and was later elevated to Vice President. 

Her background in international trade, retail operations and the transportation industry has served her well in understanding the needs of the expanding and evolving community.  She has served in several leadership positions at her church and as a volunteer with Seniors First in Orlando.  She currently is a member of the Board of the Downtown Orlando YMCA. In addition to being a member of the national Community Leadership Association, she is a graduate of Leadership Orlando, Leadership Brevard, and Leadership Seminole.  She also served as Class Chair for Leadership Orlando Class 72.

Kathy is a graduate of the University of South Alabama with a bachelor's degree in International Marketing, and the Crummer Management Program at Rollins College.  She graduated from high school from London Central High School in High Wycombe, England, after attending schools in Alabama and Bahrain, all while her family was living in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Lisa Winkelbauer celebrates 14 years of service in 2011, first with the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce, and currently with the Central Florida Partnership.  Her early meeting planning experience at the Walt Disney World Company has served her well and her attention to detail on events - large and small - includes everything from meeting space to transportation, registration to refreshments, and audio-visual to customer service.  Coordination of activities for the upcoming 2011 Baker Hostetler Central Florida Partnership "Trip to Washington, D. C.," The B.I.G. Summit, Entrepreneurs Hub, Central Florida Political Leadership Institute, and myregion.org Regional Boards of Advisors, are all under Lisa's purview, in addition to the monthly Leadership Orlando sessions which take our Class Members across the seven-county Central Florida Region.
