WKMG General Manager Henry Maldonado states, “Our Hispanic community is at the core of growth of our area, both in its financial as well as its cultural development…and the fact that technology allows me as a general manager to service even more of our audience makes it mandatory that we bring this to our viewers.” Mr. Maldonado is a member of the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Governors and a faculty member of the Hispanic Summit. Last week, WKMG – Local 6 began using new technology to service Hispanic viewers. Local 6 was the first and only station to provide this service.
